Romy discovered that overdue items returned 2 or 3 days after their due date were being charged at $1 instead of 50c or 75c. We’ve fixed the Horizon parameters that control this and modified existing $1 fines down to 50c.

It would be a good idea to restart Horizon on circ machines used for CKI so that they pick up this system change and apply the correct fine rate for the rest of the day. Please report any further issues with fines to Library eServices.
