Payment Plus

Payment Plus does not appear to be working today, as we are receiving a lot of “Library payment failed” error messages through the Library email account. I have contacted Peter Kennedy, but he is unable to fix the problem remotely. Peter and ICTS will look into it on Monday morning.

  1. Margaret Adam is also following up on this within ICTS – Sean Lowry is looking at the underlying problem but they are not yet clear what has caused it.
