The Bibliographic Management Software review group would like to review the information on the Endnote Wiki and organise Endnote refresher sessions for interested librarians.

We would therefore be keen to know:
*Problems students and staff have with Endnote
*Hints or tips that would make it easier for users to have trouble-free use of Endnote
*Things that you have trouble with or have difficulty resolving for your customers
*Anything else you can think of that will make it easier to use or support Endnote
