Peter K has adjusted the MARC Media Format parameters on the “Encode Tag” function so that they include microforms. Note that microforms are not a separate format, but are included in either the books or serials format. So when encoding microforms you needs to either encode the tag as a book or serial.

He has also added two other formats that can be used:
Maps & Other Cartographic Material
Posters, paintings, drawings etc.

Please restart the “Sort Assist” software to ensure this update takes effect.
