Jock (from Hawkins) mentioned to me today that he thought that there may have been some staff using the law basement and entering through the loading bay ramp and leaving the gate open (this may not of course be library staff.)
Those visiting the Law Basement should have had the Hawkins briefing and are required to sign in and wear high viz vest and hardhat which can obtained from the office inside Hawkins area. Daniel is the man currently on the door and he will respond to a knock. At the moment entry to the basement is via the lift but if that is not available then access can be down the ramp (either way sign in is essential.)
