eservices received this communication from ICTS:
"There is currently an issue with the internal phone system, which affects speech between Dovedale or VoIP to Ilam and vice versa. The extension rings until pickup but there is no speech.
External calls are working, so it is still possible to contact people via DDI or 364 2987 and then the extension.
We have support on site investigating the issue, and will update again when we have more information."
An update from ICTS at 12pm:
"The issue with the internal phone system is still ongoing, and we do not yet have an ETA for resolution. This has been logged as a priority with our vendor support, who are on site investigating the issue."
Another update from ICTS at 2pm:
Phone problems have now been resolved. 🙂
