“We are currently experiencing access issues with assyst – both with the Technical Portal and the Self Service portal. We are aware of the root cause and are working to restore access to both portals as soon as possible.”

    "The access issues with assyst have now been resolved, and users should be able to login to both the Technical Portal and the Self Service portal again.

    If you continue to experience issues logging in, please try clearing your browser cache. If this is unsuccessful, please contact the Service Desk.

    FYI – the issue was caused by licenses expiring in our Production environment. We are investigating how this occurred without any notification of their expiry.
