Library Catalogue – off-campus access

A note for customer services staff

Peter has tested trying to access the new library catalogue from off-campus and the change hasn’t come through yet for him (his ISP is SNAP).
This means some of our customers may not be seeing the new version either.

The old version has logging-in blocked so users will not be able to check their library account, renew items or place requests.

Unfortunately there is not much we can do about this as it is the result of ISP’s caching of webpages.
