Due to the high number of high demand requests being received by the customer services team through Assyst, please be advised that your request will be handled as soon as possible, but it may not be possible to have these completed and in the High Demand collections by Monday 24th February. We would appreciate a slightly longer lead-in time in the future!

We are still getting requests from lecturers and are still chasing up those lecturers who haven’t declared their preferences regarding High Demand.
I think that lecturers have been very slow in getting into the course mode this year so I don’t think they will be bothered if all items aren’t on High Demand on Monday next week!!
