The Geography Dept. at UC has arranged a visit from University of Stockholm and those students (around 18 in total) may be using UC libraries for some limited photocopying on Tuesday 25th March. They will be gone by mid-afternoon.

The exception is Education library – if they turn up there they are probably lost!

Caroline Syddall and I are both fully briefed about this, and I am their primary library contact as Geog. Liaison Librarian.

Photocopy cards are being arranged for them to use but they will have no UC log in access, including scanning from copiers. I will be meeting them in the
morning to help explain the fairly limited assistance they can expect.
