ICTS staff have just informed us that some people (using Chrome or Safari browsers) have been having trouble accessing journals/databases from off-campus because they are not able to use the Remote Access Log in Screen. The screen flickers and doesn’t allow them to input any details. With Safari, the problem disappears when auto-fill is turned off. We haven’t been able to reproduce the problem in Chrome (and were not aware of this until today) so are not sure what the problem is there, but would suggest people having problems use Firefox or IE instead.
We’ll continue to investigate this problem.
