SAGE access problem

We have confirmed that there is a problem with accessing some SAGE content at present.
This is being looked into.

13/05/2014 – Update from a Sage rep – access is not likely today as the office that grants access is in Singapore and it is a public holiday (Vesak day, or Buddha’s Birthday). Our rep is chasing up to see if there is anything she can do but I would guess that tomorrow is looking more likely. – Romy (on behalf of e-services)

2pm 13/05/2014 – Sage has just informed us that the problems we are experiencing are technical and not related to invoicing. Their UK team has now been assigned our case so it is unlikely that we will have access back before tomorrow due to time zone differences.

  1. The problem is our access has been cut off because we have not paid the 2014 invoice yet – which is because Sage haven’t sent it to us (there is a complication over a credit they owe us). We have asked for access to be reinstated while they sort out the invoice, but have no time frame on that yet. We’ll continue to chase Sage up about access.
