On Thursday 10th July, UC will be hosting an Open Day (last year this was called Information Day). Like last year the libraries will be offering tours and drop in sessions on the day. Events Coordinator Caroline Burt is calling for volunteers to also help around campus on the day in the following areas:

1. Campus Ambassadors – will be required to:
a. Head counts in sessions
b. Giving directions
c. Being a friendly face around campus

2. Van drivers for Halls of Residence tours.
3. Survey collectors.

You are welcome to volunteer for part of the day if you wish. All help will be appreciated. Please discuss with your line manager and contact Caroline directly.
