Hi all

If you’re using Firefox for applications like AskLive (or for anything really), please check to make sure you are on the latest version supplied by ICTS (24.2). To check your version – Go to the Help button on the toolbar and click on “About Firefox” in the dropdown menu. Some staff are still on version 10 and this has been causing problems with not hearing notifications in AskLive.

If you’re on an older version you can upgrade to 24.2 ESR via Run Advertised Programs (or Install a Program from the Network) in the Windows Control Panel.
