Library managers have reviewed the following:

The 2014 Operational Plan has been updated. The traffic light system indicates progress on the various objectives. In some cases the dates have been changed to indicate a more likely completion date. Most areas are on track which is particularly pleasing given all the other things happening at the moment.

Managers have also been working on a Risk Register for the Library. This is a work in progress and will be shared with Learning Resources.
