Catherine has secured a full-time position as Senior Tutor in the School of Health Sciences and so has resigned her casual position in the Academic Liaison Team. Catherine has been a great support to me in particular and a welcome addition to the Academic Liaison team. She helped with withdrawal tasks initially and then more recently was “Woman-Friday” picking up lots or organizing and administrative jobs. Her last day will be tomorrow. We will have an informal morning tea get together to mark the occasion at 10.30am in the Central Library staff room. Everyone is most welcome. Please bring a plate. Catherine’s new job will be based at the College of Education in Waimairi on Dovedale campus so we’ll still see her around and about.
