I’m very pleased to announce that Rebecca Taekema has been appointed to the full time Library Assistant role in the Macmillan Brown Library. Rebecca brings considerable library experience, currently working at Upper Riccarton Community Library, and has also worked in customer service roles in galleries and museums.

In a strange little twist of fate, Rebecca is replacing Sue Julian, who left MB to work at Upper Riccarton Library back in July.

Rebecca will start at MB on 15 September, and we will introduce her around the various campus libraries.
