Hi All

For those of you that use the username search in Horizon to try to find borrower records (via F4 – Find Borrower in the CKO menu).
The criteria for this has changed slightly due to some changes to the underlying table.

Please now enter an asterisk (*) before and after your search term e.g.

*abc123*

The bonus of this is it searches across all usernames we have in Horizon for that person.
Previously the search only searched the primary username of a borrower e.g. for someone who was both student AND staff – the search would find them via their student username but not their staff one.

You will need to close Horizon and re-open it to pick up these changes
