Hi all
There is a problem for some people using Internet Explorer 10 to do Summon searching. An error message: “Application error. Your search failed to complete. Please try again” occurs upon submitting a search. We have reported this to Serials Solutions and hope to have this fixed soon.
Multisearch is working fine in other browsers, it seems to just be an IE 10 problem. We’ll update once we get a response from Serials Solutions.

Hi all. We think this was a problem with our search box on the library homepage and some changes to Summon search with Summon 2. Margaret has now fixed up the box so this issue should be resolved 🙂
