Some time ago the Scratch folder was moved into the K: Drive and staff were asked to remove their files in order to totally remove the Scratch folder. Unfortunately there are still many files in the scratch drive.
K:`K:LIBR-Library\Scratch

From Monday16 February any folders left in the Scratch drive will be deleted.

If you are working on a customer services PC you are able to access your own files via the “remote desktop” software.

The new K Drive structure will have a folder where files can be saved on a temporary basis for sharing with other staff but the drive will not be a long term storage space.

Please check if you have a folder on the Scratch drive and allocate time to move or delete the files.
