Thank you to everyone who participated in the Values Workshops and/or provided feedback through the postcards on what they want the library to be known for. The thoughtfulness of the input has been impressive. Library Managers met today with Andrea Bankier to review all the feedback from the postcards and sessions, and have begun working on drawing together the common themes. There is a bit more work to be done then a draft of the values will then go out to Library staff for further comment. Managers will also work with Andrea to plan how we implement and use the values including the ideas from the workshops. It is likely to include managers running sessions for staff. The aim currently is to have everything completed by the end of March.

The summary sheets from the value workshop sessions have been put up for staff to see in the corridor between Coral’s Office and Meeting Room 9 where they will remain until the end of next week. Photos of these will be available as well soon for those who are unable to come to Level 5.
