Sometime after 3 pm today I will move all existing folders from the old K drive into one folder named
X Folders B4 2015

This folder will sit at the bottom of the new K drive structure and will remain in place for another month.
By moving the old folders into (X Folders B4 2015) any current links or shortcuts will be lost.

The ~ signs will be removed from the folder names of the new structure.

Please make it a priority to correct any links relating to wikis or short curts. E-services staff plan to fix the horizon reports which are affected next week.

When creating a new file remember to use the new file naming style and that you save the file into the new folder structure.
Filename words separated by Hyphens, end with the date eg-2015-03-13

Additional folders are not to be created at levels one and two.
