The LAWS330 students have been asked to look at case where Kirk v Fleming is cited. [Full citation Kirk v Fleming (1928 — 35) MacG. Cop. Cas 44 ]

Students may ask for the MacGillivray’s Copyright Cases which we don’t hold.

Sara and I (as well as their lecturer) have a copy of the case if students ask for help looking for it as their lecturer doesn’t want to make it to easy for them to find so isn’t putting it on Learn at this stage.
