Just a reminder to please fill in the appropriate form when you have checked in a book that comes up with a “Lost now found” message. This is especially important for lost books that are returned to a Library that is not their home location. Please fill out the form and put it inside the book before it goes in the hamper.

Staff who deal with lost books have no easy way of knowing that the books have been returned unless a form is filled in. There may be an invoice to cancel, a refund to arrange, or check-in notes to clear from the item.
