Kia ora koutou,
I am presenting a paper at the British and Irish Law Librarians conference in Brighton next month and I am currently writing my paper on the impact of the earthquakes on our law library. To make it all a bit more interesting, I am including photos of that time. I wondered if anyone had any good photos lurking that they would be happy to share? I am particularly thinking about any photos of us working in unusual spaces – like all in MB when it was the only place open, or perhaps NZI3 or Wairarapa.
I would be very grateful.
Ngā mihi,
Sara
You probably already know about the photos in the K-Drive, Sara. But just in case you don’t, they are under Library-Administrative-Archives-Earthquake2010 (archive).
I have lots of images from my time removing art from the Law Library if that is helpful?
Yesterday Rob Stowell in AV services mentioned that he had filmed lots of students in MB after the quake when we were the first place open. Sounds like he took lots of footage of different activities on campus after the quake, so he could be worth contacting.
Erin
Thanks for all your suggestions – much appreciated. Sara
