A number of libraries in New Zealand and Australia have reported that IP recognition is not working for OED and they are being prompted for a login. We have the same problem.

The response from Oxford is: “the issue is affecting our users globally … we will endeavour to have this fixed as soon as possible but this will be overnight at the earliest.”
