  1. Thanks for the reminder, Nicola. It’s a good idea to stand up and walk around periodically. I read somewhere, ( I am sorry I have forgotten where), that if you don’t move around regularly during the day, the benefits of moving around are significantly reduced even if you do it for a longer period later in the day.

      Now all I have to do is to remember to get up and walk around frequently! If I set a reminder on my electronic diary, it is likely to drive me crazy, but perhaps I will try that for a start until I get into the habit.
