From the ICT help desk this morning:
“Customers with usernames that start with the letter ‘m’ are currently unable to access any files stored on their P drive, desktop files and may also experiences issues logging onto computers.
We are currently investigating this issue and will send an updated email in 1 hour”

this problem should now be resolved.
Just had a student tonight who still has this problem, so not fixed. She also knows of others still having trouble accessing files. I will inform ITS.
