When submitting invoices to be paid from 2015 funds, please bear in mind the following Finance dates:

1. Cutoff for last foreign payments… 10^th Dec
2. Final payment run for foreign invoices… 15^th Dec
3. Cutoff for last payments… 17^th Dec
4. Final payment run for NZ invoices… 23^rd Dec
5. Final p’card use… 22^nd Dec

Library Access and Collections will stop processing invoices for 2015 on December 17th.

Horizon rollovers will happen on 14^th (test) and 21^st (live) December.

We aim to start processing invoices for 2016 in the first week of January 2016.
