Not sure if this will be of interest to library staff but thought perhaps some liaison librarians could be interested in this internal communication from ITS.

The vendor for SPSS and AMOS has changed the terms and conditions for the use of SPSS for home use licenses. We are no longer able to use the site license key on personal computers. SPSS and AMOS site license can only be used on UC owned or rented equipment.  We now have a limited number of home use licenses available for postgraduate students and staff to use. These will be allocated on first come first severed basis. Staff and postgraduate who finish at UC must remove the software on leaving UC so these can be reallocated.
