We are delighted to announce that Fiona Tyson has been seconded into the role of Customer Services Team Supervisor, commencing today, Monday 18 January 2016.  This development opportunity recognises Fiona’s skills, knowledge, and leadership contribution to the customer services team, and provides practical experience to further enhance capabilities.

The secondment is part-time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday for a period of 12 months to provide current team supervisory support, and allow time to undertake a review of the staffing and resourcing needs of the customer services team.
