Central Library is hosting an exhibition to mark the 20th anniversary of the International Court of Justice’s ruling on the legality of nuclear weapons on 8 July. The landmark Advisory Opinion was the culmination of a decade’s worth of effort put forth by the World Court Project (WCP).
The exhibition is a collaboration between UC Library, Canterbury Museum and Kate Dewes of the Disarmament and Security Centre. It coincides with a symposium to be held at UC on 8 July discussing the effects of the court’s decision twenty years on.
