Kia ora mai koutou

The Māori Library staff whānau are currently working on updating the Ngā Awa e Rua Māori and Bicultural Library Strategy. Currently I am the Chair of the whānau group, consisting of Ra Steer, Gabrielle Faith, Lisa Davies and Ripeka Tamanui-Hurunui.

The aim of updating the strategy is to align it with the Library Strategic Plan and also the UC Rautaki Whakawhanake Kaupapa Māori: Strategy for Māori Development. The whānau will be asking for feedback and contribution on the Ngā Awa e Rua Strategy from other library staff within the next month. As University Librarian, Anne is supporting this process and will champion the implementation of the strategy across the library.
