When you are completing the spread sheet with your current phone details please bear in mind that the ability to make national calls and calls to cell phones is included as standard in Skype for Business, but if you also need the ability to make international calls, please enter ‘Yes’ in the spread sheet.

If you have already completed the spreadsheet you may need to amend your reply.
