We’ve been advised that ITS are completing database maintenance this Saturday 20 August from 9-5pm that will have some impact on the performance of Horizon, specifically our ability to take payments.

Please note that staff will not be processing any payments (for fines, membership or lost books) on Saturday. They will override any fines or lost blocks to issue items. Borrowers can make payments at a later date.

The other impact will be on the updating of student records but this should not have any significant effect on our service.

The following systems will have intermittent outages on Saturday:

• Canterbury Card Top Up Online
• Minor Course Change System (MCCS)
• UC Student Web
