The ICTS department are implementing a new way of printing for students and the publicity, including  how to use the new system,  has gone out to them via the UC Student blog.

Posters have also been put up and Customer services staff have had training in preparation for the introduction on Monday 29th August. It is anticipated that the implementation will be smooth but there may be unanticipated consequences.

Holders of existing  casual cards will be given a replacement card with the same amount of money but these will not be available until the implementation is complete. There are 65 casual cards with outstanding balances but most of them are relatively small amounts.

The usual staff printer queues will work as they have done.
