*** Update Mon 8.30am: The latest news from ITS is that Equitrac will probably not be up and running until at least 11am, but it may take longer than that until payments can be processed through PaymentPlus. A notice has been placed on the catalogue for people trying to pay online.

As part of the Follow You printing (Equitrac) implementation process Payment Plus will be down (unable to obtain card balances) between 8am-9am Monday 29th August.  Patrons and staff attempting to make a fine,lost book or membership fee payment during this time will see an “unable to return balance” error message.
