A plea to staff on the information desks – Payment Plus should now be fully functional (pointing to Equitrac now instead of CSGold) . We are looking to you to try and take some fine payments and monitor the transactions carefully – double-check the amount has come off the Canterbury Card balance and that the payment has also come off Horizon correctly. If everything seems to have gone ok please let e-services know and we’ll remove the note on MyAccount and let the students start processing their own payments online.
