Hi all

Another consequence of the Horizon problems earlier – the etxts and email hold notifications sent around 2pm today will probably have gone out again at 3pm, so a handful of borrowers will have received 2 copies of recall or hold notification etxts and emails.

This is a one off glitch related to the Horizon problems earlier.
