Kathryn, Kim, Jan and I have put together a short 15 minute online class on placing and removing a hold. We need some staff volunteers to help us test it before we offer it to students next month. The day before the workshop you’ll be sent a reminder email with the link to the online workshop using Adobe Connect. It also has instructions for testing Adobe Connect. Please do this test the day before the workshop so that you are ready for the actual workshop on the day.
