On Thursday 6th October we went live with a new version of the Notices program (that sends out borrower notices and lost book and fines invoices). The main change to standard library notices was adding a library “letterhead” header and footer to them and to tidy up the layout a bit. The main change to the invoice notices (maximum fines and lost books) is we are now emailing these (previously used to print and post them out).
The wording on our invoices has also changed to reflect changes coming out of the Lost Books Review – details of these changes will be released soon.
