Hi to all the AskLIVE staffers out there

Our favorite nuisance patron is back (the last block we applied expired on 30th September).  Their IP address is 122.56.90.17.

I’ve just emailed LibraryH3lp (AskLive vendors) to ask them to add a new block to that IP until the end of December this year.  Until they’ve applied this, staff will need to continue applying 24hour blocks every day.

The patron has already been blocked for today ( 21st of October).
