Thanks to some heavy lifting by everyone across the Library, our Operational Plan 2017-2019 is nearly ready.

Recent changes:

• Commitment to Ngā Awa e Rua added
• Priorities added (must/should/could)
• Re-wording to improve clarity of tasks

The plan will be sent to Alex Hanlon and Andy Keiller on Monday 14th November.

For next year’s planning cycle, we will be starting in June 2017 to give ourselves more time for review and consultation.
