Te Hāpua will be one year old at the end of November and is a combined council facility featuring a library, learning centre and makerspace, service centre, swimming pool, and meeting rooms.

The event starts at 6pm and for the first hour we will have the opportunity to tour the facility and have a go with technology in the Learning Centre. At 7pm Community Libraries Manager, Dyane Hosler, will talk to us about the Te Hāpua journey, and from there we will move into Christmas mode, featuring refreshments and a nibbles!

As this is also a Christmas event we have decided to have a little fun and have a Secret Santa.

Please bring along a wrapped gift of no more than $5.00 to go into the Santa sack.
