Due to a problem with our email hold program (this is the program that runs hourly after notices have been run in the morning, sending email hold notifications for items that have been CKI and triggered holds) we have had to split out hold notices for daily loans and normal loan items.
If a borrower has a 1day/3day loan item on hold and a normal loan item on hold at the same time they will now get one emailed notice for the daily loan item and one for the normal loan(s).
Please let e-services know if borrowers report receiving strange hold notices or are annoyed at receiving separate daily loan and normal loan hold notices.
