Kia ora koutou,
This year the majority of Library 101 courses are being offered online, via Adobe Connect. If you come across any students asking where the workshops are being held, the following URLs (which can also be used on mobile via the Adobe Connect app) will allow them access to the sessions. Participants who log in with just the link might find they are missing workshop handouts that are sent with the LibCal enrolment email.

In addition to the handouts they will also have missed the instructions to check that their browser is working with Adobe Connect. In a lot of cases they will have to install a plug-in or similar when they first connect which sometimes takes a while.
Would be best for them to enroll in LibCal where possible. If it’s less than 24 hours before the class it doesn’t matter as the registrations close then. In this case if you want to go the extra mile you could get the students email address and ask the workshop instructor to email them the info they missed out on.
