The Catalogue is fully indexed so everything should now be working, although a bit slowly. Any problems – report to eServices.
Update – 9:15 am
Everything is running but the Catalogue is still indexing so keyword indexes will not be complete until 11am. Horizon will run slowly today but not unbearably.

The Horizon system upgrade is almost complete, so Horizon can now be used for all functions except for requesting at this stage. Once the catalogue is up and running, the request function will be reinstated. Check back here for updates about progress.
When you start the Horizon client you will get a message about a middle-tier connection error, but you can just ignore it (this is caused by the catalogue not running). Also, some people have reported getting a firewall message as well. If you see this, you can also cancel and ignore the message.
The self-issue machines should all be working now, as should all other Horizon-related services, such as reports.
If your computer was off overnight it may not have received the update yet and you’ll get a login error message if you open Horizon – you can install it from Software Center – it’s listed as Sybase Client 15 SQL update.
