The OCI/OEI Empowerment Project Team has placed some information on the C3LR, (Culture Change Community Learning Resources), SharePoint site that may be of interest to Library staff. These insights and opportunities were formed as a result of the team’s interviews with Learning Resources staff on the subject of empowerment. The interviews themselves were confidential, but  we felt that it would be useful to share the insights and opportunities that arose as a result of the interviews.
