As I (Romy) am the lone e-services person here today and we have been asked to urgently upgrade a significant number of our RFID machines before the end of the day – e-services support will be pretty limited today.  I will be floating around various locations at Central and EPS monitoring the update status so, if there is something urgent please call me on 02102760752.

If it is not urgent please email e-services and we will deal with it as soon as we can.
