The Research Team is having an informal seminar on Friday 23 June at 10.30am – and you are invited to attend ( but the room will only fit 20)
Kate Pedley from the Department of Geological Sciences will be helping us understand how researchers gather data to document the effects of the Kaikoura earthquake. Her photos of the ruptures were published around the world
Kate has also had experience documenting the effects of the Darfield Earthquake.
This session will be held on level 2 of the EPS library in room 1 and 2. Morning tea will be provided
Sorry – I can’t come (would have loved to). Hope it goes well.
